Luke K. Stanton is a founder, executive and investor whose work over the past dozen years has entrenched him in the world of emerging therapies. Following several years working in private practice, Mr. Stanton founded Frontera Law Group in 2015 to help guide growing businesses utilizing regulated substances for therapeutic purposes. As Frontera grew to become one of the leading specialty firms of its kind in the nation, Mr. Stanton began to branch out into other business roles, as a Managing Partner at venture firm Skytree Capital Partners, and co-founder of Skyfront Insurance, a specialty insurance brokerage working to expand insurance access to emerging industries. Mr. Stanton also accepted the role of Executive President of U.S. Operations and served as a member of the board for three years at Sunniva Inc., a publicly traded Canadian company, and co-founded the Composite Agency based in Los Angeles, California.

 

As his career progressed, Mr. Stanton led Frontera Law Group’s sale of its book of business to Vicente Sederberg, LLP, one of the nation’s leading cannabis, hemp and emerging therapies regulatory and business firms, where Mr. Stanton joined as a Partner. Mr. Stanton then took on senior executive roles with several start-ups working to bring new technology, brands and products to market to expand access to emerging therapeutic products across the U.S. before joining NANA Health, where Mr. Stanton currently serves as COO. Mr. Stanton joins the Board of Heroic Path to Light with a passion for serving the veteran’s and first responder communities by working with other industry leaders to create a prosperous future for a new healing paradigm in America.
