Meet Frank —a U.S. Army veteran, former federal law enforcement officer, and Cybersecurity Leader at a Fortune 500 company. His career has taken him through some of the most intense and high-pressure environments imaginable, where composure, discipline, and resilience were non-negotiable. Yet, the most transformative journey he has ever embarked upon has taken him inward.
Through breathwork, he discovered a powerful tool for emotional regulation, clarity, and healing—one that helped him reconnect with himself after years of service. That experience led him to develop his own personal practice and become a certified breathwork facilitator dedicated to helping others navigate stress, release mental blocks, and reconnect with their authentic selves.
In his corporate role, Frank saw firsthand how burnout, anxiety, and disconnection were affecting even the most high-performing teams. So he created a wellness program, where he leads weekly breathwork sessions—an initiative that now supports employees across the globe with grounded, accessible tools for well-being.
And his work doesn’t stop there.
Driven by a deep commitment to service, Frank also volunteers his time to lead and guide breathwork sessions for local communities, universities, and nonprofit organizations supporting Veterans and former collegiate and professional athletes. He’s even had the privilege of coaching a former Olympian—proof that no matter how accomplished or resilient someone appears on the outside, we all can benefit from the opportunity to pause, breathe, and reclaim our inner calm.
Blending military discipline, trauma-informed presence, and a deep understanding of performance stressors, Frank offers a grounded, empathetic presence that clients deeply trust. He creates tailored breathwork experiences that people from all walks of life can perform. And this is where the real transformation begins—one conscious breath at a time.
