Justin "Hoagie" Hoagland
Justin "Hoagie" Hoagland is a retired Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Operator and combat veteran with a distinguished 9 ½-year career in the Navy. He served as an NSW combatives and sniper instructor and holds a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Studies and Defense Analysis from Norwich University, while currently pursuing a Master of Science in Sport Psychology. During his service, Hoagie was involved in a variety of mission profiles, including POTUS protection, Foreign Internal Defense training, and combat operations. He co-founded Rally Point Life, a community that promotes physical strength and honors fallen heroes. Diagnosed with multiple sclerosis during his tenure at NSW Sniper School, Hoagie became a prominent advocate for mental and physical health, particularly for Navy SEALs transitioning to civilian life, and now serves as the Director of Mental Health Services for SEAL Future Foundation.
Hoagie has leveraged his personal journey and professional expertise into a career in speaking and coaching. He launched FALCON Perspective in 2023, where he offers coaching and delivers impactful speeches on resilience, mindset, and overcoming challenges. His extensive experience includes over 2,000 hours of conversation with veterans and their families, as well as engaging diverse audiences like Special Operators, NFL players, military candidates, and healthcare professionals. Hoagie's purpose is to bring light to others' struggles, ensuring no one feels alone in their journey, and he has helped raise over $2.3 million through his speaking engagements.
