Justin LaPree is the visionary founder and president of The Illuminating Collective (TICo), a pioneering nonprofit devoted to healing, transformation, and purposeful living through community, connection, and ancestral medicine ceremonies — all rooted in the U.S.

A decorated Marine and former Austin firefighter, Justin’s life has been shaped by service, resilience, and a deep commitment to transforming personal trauma into purposeful leadership. His diverse experience on Wall Street and in entrepreneurship helped refine the vision and insight that brought TICo to life.

Justin established Illuminating Heroes, TICo’s entheogenic sanctuary — a safe and sacred space dedicated to deep healing, spiritual growth, and human optimization. Originally created for veterans and first responders, Illuminating Heroes now extends its care to a wider audience through its transformative program, Illuminating Souls, which supports all individuals seeking growth, integration, and spiritual expansion.

As a respected facilitator and medicine carrier, Justin skillfully blends ancient wisdom with modern science to guide others on their healing journeys. At the core of his work is the belief that preparation and integration are the work — that true transformation occurs not only in ceremony, but in the way those insights are woven into daily life.
